Missing csv transactions

Hello I recently downloaded my csv on Casper.live and the file was blank. My Casper signer recently went deprecated so I can’t get back into that and everytime you download the csv you gotta wait 24 hours to try again. Can anybody help with this please? Thank you
Edit: that csv file was the wrong one.

Konrad Blutstein hello Konrad, thank you for getting back so quickly, but this hadn’t been resolved, that csv was from my uphold. I’m still getting blanks on my csv transactions from cape.live. My signer has gone deprecated so I don’t have that anymore and it says to use my wallet but I don’t know how to put the transactions onto the csv. Can you help with that please?

Please remember to save you .pem file and store it in a safe place, because it is the only way to restore your account if you'll have any issues with Casper Wallet. Recovery Phrase you'll have from Casper Wallet is only for the Accounts created with Casper Wallet.
When you do it, you should go to https://cspr.live/, sign in with Casper Wallet, and go to https://cspr.live/activity-export
If you have CSPR.live+ NFT token for the year you need, you can select it and request the report. If you have any issues with this step, you can check our video tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y0hPvsZHAwk
CSV file in the chosen format will be sent to your email. If there are any issues, like blank csv files or any other, please let us know, in this situation we'll need more information, like public key and the period for which you want to generate csv file.
