The 2023 transaction report I ordered in the Koinly format cannot be read by Koinly. Please advise.

What do you select in this step?

Konrad Blutstein: I don’t select anything, I go to transaction click the three dots to import the file, if that is wrong can you give me step by step on what I need to do to import the Casper file? Thank you

Greg Moyer: In this way you can edit data in Koinly (https://support.koinly.io/hc/en-us/articles/10309855253148). To upload report, you need:

go to the 'Wallets' tab
click on '+ Add wallet / exchange' button
In Search field you can type for example 'Casper'
There will be no results, but you should see a link "Create custom 'Casper 'wallet?". Click on this link.
Click on 'Import from file'
Upload .csv file with report
Click on 'Import' button

Yes those headers are there but Koinly is asking for more headers. When I try to import I browse to the file and the select import. That is when I get the error about headers. The error message I have sent you already

I would recommend to remove personal information from your downloaded files -> simply keep like 3 rows and replace all values with dummy data and numbers and attach it here so it's easier to see what data you have and to hopefully spot the issue easier.

And as already asked: add the error message(s) as well and remove personal information if necessary.

Thank you for checking. I see two possibilities.

Please check if generated file have headers. There should be: Date,Sent Amount,Sent Currency,Received Amount,Received Currency,Fee Amount,Fee Currency,Label,Description,TxHash.

These headers are valid and meet Koinly requirements.

If headers are present, how do you upload csv file to Koinly? Casper blockchain cannot be select, so you need to select something else, for example Coinbase.

Yes there is data in the file and I receive this error when trying to upload the file -

file must have these headers: ID (read-only),Date (UTC),Type,Tag,From Wallet ID,From Amount,From Currency,To Wallet ID,To Amount,To Currency,Fee Amount,Fee Currency,Net Worth Amount,Net Worth Currency,Fee Worth Amount,Fee Worth Currency,Soft Deleted,TxSrc,TxDest,TxHash,Description

Hello, Koinly works fine for me, so I need to ask for some more details. Does the generated report that you received in mail contain any data? When you try to load a report in Koinly, do you get any error messages?
