Most of our users see CSPR.Live as a source of truth, and they are unaware of other sources like Casper Discord and Casper blog with announcements. Thus they are also unaware when there is an important event like a network upgrade. And this lack of info might cause a sense of failure. We should ideally have a way to notice the users about upcoming/ongoing events on/about the network.

One of the ways we can follow is what CMC does, by putting a thin, non-intrusive notification banner at the top of the page with a link to more info if needed.
