At times, some services may be down or having issues, causing uncertainty for the users (is it me or the platform/servcie is having issues?). Many platforms/apps have a status page to serve as a single point of info on the status of the services, infra incidents etc.

Based on the experience we had during the Casper Network 1.4.1 upgrade, it was discussed that having such a page for CSPR.Live could be useful for us too.

We need to decide on;

* Services to be listed on the page

* Design of the page

* Back-end considerations, update interval etc.

* Are we gonna have only current status or also a history?
