Additional metrics on an Analytics page

There will be plenty more visualizations that we'll want to add to CSPR.Live over time but there's no certainty that we'll always have a home for these charts on our existing pages. Therefore, we must create a new screen to house miscellaneous charts that are of value to users.
This epic will include:
* Setting up a new Analytics page with metadata
* Making Analytics accessible from top nav
* Launching Analytics page with 1-3 charts for starters. Over time we can add more in a future epic. The charts can be defined in the constituent tickets of this epic.
